What is the Home Fitting Service and how does it work? +
Choose your options and we deliver them to your home so you can try them comfortably before deciding. Keep the pair you love and return the unwanted option to the courier at the time of delivery.
How many sizes or styles can I try? +
You can choose up to two sizes of the same style or up to two different styles to try at home.
Is the Home Fitting Service available across Lebanon? +
Yes. Our Home Fitting Service and delivery are available across Lebanon.
How much is delivery in Lebanon? +
Delivery is $5 for up to two shoes. The delivery charge applies even if you decide not to keep a pair.
How long does delivery take? +
Normal delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery may be available for selected areas and can arrive the next working day or the second working day. Please contact us on WhatsApp to check express availability.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Cash on Delivery, as well as payment through Whish, Western Union, USDT, and OMT.
What is your return and refund policy? +
You may try the shoes when your order arrives. If they are not right for you, return them immediately to the delivery driver and pay only the applicable delivery charge. Return or refund requests cannot be accepted after this point.
What is your exchange policy? +
Exchanges are accepted within a maximum of two days.
What if neither option fits me? +
Simply return both options to the courier at the time of delivery. If you do not keep any shoes, you only pay the applicable delivery charge.
